CA Akshit Bansal (ACA, B.COM(Hons))

CA Akshit Bansal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since the year 2018. He graduated from Ramjas College, Delhi University in the year 2014. He has vast experience in the field of statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits and GST consultancy. He has done audits in various industries like construction , power, hotel, consumer product companies, etc. He is handling end to end consultancy for many startups and SMEs engaged in different industries like IT, recruitment, export houses, etc.

His expertise lies in statutory audit of corporates and Virtual CFO services to startups and SMEs.

He is a member of many entrepreneurial associations regularly consulting organisations in setting up their business and compliances.

Previously he was associated with Desai Haribhakti and Co from the year 2018 to 2019 and SN Dhawan and Co (a member firm of Mazars) from 2019 to 2021 in their assurance department where he was engaged in statutory audit of large companies(listed as well as unlisted) ,mid sized corporates, trusts and charitable institutions.

He was formerly associated with M/s Rajendra K Goel & Co. (Chartered Accountants) since December, 2010 till March 2023. He has given various Opinions on Income Tax, Goods and Service Tax, Value Added Tax and Accounting standards etc. He has experience for filing of various forms and returns under Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Company law related Matters.

CS Rishabh Jain

Mr. Rishabh Jain, is is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and is presently occupied as a Company Secretary in Whole-time Practice and he is graduated from CCS University, Meerut and he has rich experience in the Professional Services in various fields like corporate law matters, Secretarial Matters, FEMA related Compliances, NBFC related Compliances, Incorporation/ registration of various entity, Due diligence and SEBI Compliances and he also gives legal opinion on various matters under various laws. His expertise lies in Secretarial Audit for Companies Operating in Various Sectors, Due Diligence, infusion of Capital and various secretarial compliances. He also plays instrumental role in Corporate Advisory and Corporate Governance Services rendered to our clients.

Sandeep Arya

Mr. Sandeep Arya is law graduate from Faculty -of- Law, University of Delhi, He is enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi since 2004. He is also member of Bar Association of Hon’ble Delhi High Court, since 2006, National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi and many other Bar Associations & Tribunals at National & International echelons.

He has been practising law since 2004 in streams of Corporate Commercial laws, especially Company Law, The Securitisation & Reconstruction Of Financial Assets & Enforcement Of Security Interest ACT (SARFAESI),, FEMA, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code , corporate mandates. Mr. Arya is also well versed with subjects of Intellectual Property Rights, Laws, Telecom, Media, Broadcastings, Cable Casting and Cyber Laws, ISP Licensing, Regulatory issues , related to Telecom Operators and Multi system Operators. He has worked with reputed IPR firm during initial years, wherein he handled IP Registration, Prosecution and Litigation, his profile included Licensing & Assignments of IPRs of firm’s Clients, related to Trade Mark, Copyright, and Industrial Design. He filed and contested the suits of Infringement and that of Passing -of, at High Courts. For Managing the IP Portfolio of clients, and to secure and protect the IP rights he went to the extent filing Criminal Complaints of counterfeiting & Infringement under the Trade marks Act and Copyright Act too.
